Shipping policy

Physical Goods

Most in-stock items will ship within 4 business days. Any Print-on-demand items are subject to the fulfilment timing of the provider and noted in the print-on-demand section below. If items are low in stock, or out of stock at your time of order (we try to track all inventory, but due to the nature of online business some items do fall through the cracks), you will be notified by email as soon as humanly possible informing you of the status of your order.

 

Digital Goods

Any digital goods ordered, should be available for instant download. If you have not received your digital order, or a link to your purchased item within 1 hour, please contact us at hello@aesoterik.com and we’ll get that sorted for you asap. 

Due to new Brexit VAT requirements, I am unable to sell digital items to EU customers directly from aesoterik.com. However EU customers can purchase through the Aesoterik Etsy Store There are links throughout the site directing you to the Etsy store. Please note any EU customer orders made on aesoterik.com cannot and will not be fulfilled. 

Digital Safety

As with any digital product there are risks when downloading. Aesoterik does everything possible to ensure all products are void of malware and viruses but you are strongly encouraged to scan any and all digital downloads prior to installation. Aesoterik is not responsible for any damage or malfunctions due to installing any digital goods purchased from us.
