Why do eu customers have to use etsy?
Due to changes in the law brought in because of the disaster that is Brexit, digital goods can not be sold directly to customers in the EU. VAT charges and paperwork make it impossible for me, financially and time-wise to sell directly to those of you in the EU unfortunately. Hopefully this is something that can be remedied further down the line, but as it stands, the only way I can provide goods to EU customers is through Etsy as they have all the legal measures in place to abide by laws brought in due to Brexit.
Why can't i see the product on esty?
If the product you are looking for isn't visible on Etsy it simply means its temporarily out of stock, or hasn't yet been indexed by Etsy. You can check back periodically and hopefully the inventory will be renewed, or the listing indexed properly. To make things easier, feel free to sign up to the newsletter (you'll see that at the bottom of each page on this site) and you'll get a heads up when stock gets renewed, as well as information on new products. Why are the prices different on etsy?
This is down to that Brexit disaster and the new laws that are now in place. When selling to customers in the EU Vat now has to be added to the price by Etsy. Unfortunately this is completely out of my control, but I am doing all I can to mitigate and adjust prices best I can.
What files come with font downloads?
When you place an order for a font a .ZIP folder will be available for you to download. Each font may have a different selection of files included (some will have graphics or elements in addition to the font files), these will be outlined in the product description. At minimum every font is supplied in .OTF (OpenType Font) format.
How quick will i receive my files?
Once you place an order for a digital product (Fonts, brushes etc) you should receive a download link on the order confirmation screen. You will also receive a download link to the email address you submit when placing your order. This email should arrive within an hour. Please check your junk/spam folder, but should you find this email has not arrived feel free to contact me at email@example.com and I'll be happy to provide the link for you.
My link didn't arrive. what do i do?
You should receive an email within an hour of placing your order. Sometimes these get misplaced in a junk/spam folder, if however, after an hour there is still no sign of the email contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll send your download link directly to you.
When will i get my order?
Orders placed for physical products created in the studio, will be processed within 1-3 working days. They will then be immediately dispatched to you from Northern Ireland. You should receive an email informing you that your item has shipped, along with a tracking number (where applicable). At present I can not give timeframes for delivery as services to each country vary greatly. This information will be available soon. You should not however, have to wait longer than 28 days for your item to arrive. If this is the case, please get in touch so we can help track down what is going on.
What is your returns policy?
For return-eligible items purchased directly from the studio, there is a limited 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
