✅ ALLOWED USES (Expanded Commercial Rights)

You may use the Design Assets for all uses covered under the Commercial License, with the following expanded allowances:

High‑Volume Publishing
Unlimited print or digital publishing units.

Suitable for mass‑market books, magazines, comics, and global distribution.

High‑Volume Physical Products
Unlimited production units for apparel, packaging, merchandise, prints, posters, and homewares.

Broadcast & Streaming
Unlimited lifetime viewers across TV, film, streaming platforms, and global broadcast.

Digital Products & Software
Use in multiple desktop applications, mobile apps, or websites owned by the licensee.

Use in large‑scale platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise systems.

Large‑Scale Advertising
Use in national or international advertising campaigns, including digital, print, motion, and outdoor media.

Multi‑Seat / Multi‑Team Use
Use by large teams, studios, agencies, or departments within the licensed organization.

Internal sharing permitted only within the licensed entity.

❌ USES NOT PERMITTED

You must not:

redistribute, resell, or share the original Design Assets outside the licensed organization.

provide clients, contractors, or vendors with the original, editable Design Assets.

upload the Design Assets to any AI training dataset or generative model.

create derivative asset packs, toolkits, or brushes that compete with Aesoterik.

use the Design Assets as standalone final assets; they must be incorporated into a broader design.

include the original Design Assets in templates, source files, or editable deliverables. All live effects must be rasterized before sharing layered files.

⚠️ ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

This license is required for:

Organizations or subsidiaries with annual revenue above £250M GBP or 100+ employees.

Agencies, studios, or teams requiring multi‑seat usage.

Any use exceeding the limits of the Commercial License.

Use by Designers for Third Parties
Designers working within the licensed organization may use the Design Assets for client projects as long as:

Clients do not receive the original Design Assets.

Deliverables are flattened, rasterized, outlined, or otherwise non‑extractable.

The Design Assets cannot be reused independently by the client.
