You may use the Design Assets for the following, within the stated limits:

General Use
Personal artwork and non‑commercial creative work.

Personal or professional social media content.

Client work, paid or unpaid (branding, logos, stationery, posters, packaging, social media content, etc.).

Digital paid advertisements, static or motion.

Publishing (Print & Digital)
Book covers, magazines, zines, comics, editorial illustration, art books, design books.

Up to 200,000 total printed or digital units.

Physical Products for Sale
Apparel, packaging, prints, posters, homewares, merchandise.

Up to 50,000 total units.

Broadcast & Streaming
TV, film, YouTube, Twitch, and similar platforms.

Up to 500,000 lifetime viewers.

Web, App, and Software Use
Use in one desktop application, mobile application, or website.

(Additional apps or sites require additional licenses.)

❌ USES NOT PERMITTED

You must not:

Sell, distribute, reproduce, copy, transfer, translate, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, deconstruct, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sub‑license, or otherwise deal in copies or reproductions of the Design Assets except as permitted by this license.

Remove, obscure, modify, or tamper with any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Export or re‑export the Design Assets in violation of applicable laws.

Create brushes, textures, datasets, or programs that mimic or replicate the functionality or appearance of the Design Assets.

Use the Design Assets for any illegal, hateful, or immoral purposes.

Use the Design Assets as a final standalone asset; they must be incorporated into a broader design or composition.

supply any original files from the Design Assets in templates, source files, or client‑facing deliverables. All live effects must be rasterized before sharing layered files.

perform security testing, penetration testing, or attempt to access the Design Assets in source‑code form.

upload the Design Assets to any AI training platform, dataset, or generative model.

use the Design Assets to create any other design asset pack, toolkit, brush set, or product that competes with Aesoterik.

⚠️ USES REQUIRING AN EXTENDED LICENSE

The following uses require an Extended / Enterprise License:

Use by organizations or subsidiaries with annual revenue above £250M GBP or 100+ employees.

Any use exceeding the unit/viewer limits listed under Allowed Uses.

Use in multiple apps, multiple websites, or large‑scale digital platforms.

Mass‑market publishing, broadcast, or merchandise production.

Use in large studios, agencies, or multi‑seat environments.

Use by Designers for Third Parties
You may incorporate the Design Assets into commercial projects created for third‑party clients as long as:

The client does not receive the original, unedited Design Assets.

The client only receives flattened, rasterized, or outlined versions embedded within your final design.

The client cannot extract, reuse, or redistribute the Design Assets independently.

Transferring, sharing, or giving access to the original Design Assets to any third party is strictly prohibited under all license types.
